Integration with Voila

Follow these instructions to connect it to your system efficiently

This Getting Started:

1. Begin by navigating to the left panel and hovering your cursor over "API Accounts."

2. Click the plus (+) icon to initiate the setup process under your preferred API Account.

3. In the first row, select "Teleship" from the list of available courier options.

Required Fields for Teleship Integration

To configure your integration with Teleship, the following fields must be completed:

• Company: Enter an identifier of your choosing for internal reference.

• Testing: Choose Yes or No.

  • Selecting Yes will simulate API calls without transmitting data to Teleship, allowing for safe testing.

These credentials and configuration details should be obtained from your Teleship account. For further assistance or credential requests, visit https://teleship.com or reach out to their support team directly.

• Notes: Use this field to add any internal remarks. These will not be shared with the courier and are only visible to you.

Finalise the Integration

Once all fields are completed, click "Save Changes" to activate the Teleship integration in Voila.

You are now ready to use Teleship as your shipping partner within Voila.
