Creating Presets in Voila

Welcome to Voila! In this video, we’ll show you how to save time, reduce errors, and simplify your courier workflows using presets.

Presets let you predefine courier-specific settings - like delivery speed, signature requirements, insurance, and more - so you don’t have to enter them manually every time you create a label. Instead, you can reuse a saved configuration via a DC Service ID.

Whether you’re shipping with DHL, DPD, Royal Mail, or any of our supported couriers, presets make your API calls cleaner, faster, and easier to maintain. You’ll also see how to create presets in both the Voila interface and through the API.
