Connecting GRL to Voila

Step-by-Step:

1. Navigate to API Accounts
   From the left-hand sidebar in Voila, hover over “API Accounts” to display your available integrations.

2. Add a New API Account
   Click the plus (+) icon to create a new connection. Choose the appropriate API account group to house the GRL integration.

3. Select Global Reach Logistics from the List
   In the first dropdown field, select “Global Reach Logistics” from the list of courier options.

4. Enter the Required Fields
   Complete the integration form with the following credentials:

   • Company: Use any label or internal name to identify this connection (e.g., “GRL UK Fulfilment”).

   • Testing: Choose Yes to run in test mode (no data sent to GRL), or No to activate live operation.

   • Additional Information: These credentials will be provided by Global Reach Logistics. If not yet received, please contact GRL directly.

5. Notes (Optional)
   Add any notes or context relevant to this integration. This field is for internal use only and will not be shared externally.

6. Click Save Changes
   After filling in all fields, click “Save Changes” to complete the setup.

Integration Complete

Your Global Reach Logistics account is now successfully integrated with Voila, enabling real-time label generation, order syncing, and courier management.
