☁️ Voila Update – 24 January 2025

It’s the kind of week where East Yorkshire can’t decide between drizzle or downpour, but we’ve got more clarity than the weather. This week’s Voila update is all about smarter syncing, slicker labels, and faster archiving. Let’s take a look 👇

🔐 Tracking Auth – Now Seamlessly Synced
When you update authentication info on supported courier accounts, we now automatically share it with Tracking. Fewer clicks, more consistency — everything stays in sync without you lifting a finger.

🏷️ Amazon LabelType – More Control, Less Guesswork
We’ve added a new labeltype field to Amazon Shipping integrations. You can now specify exactly what kind of label gets sent — because one size never really fits all.

📍 UPS V2 – No County? No Problem
For UPS V2, we now send an empty string if the county isn’t defined in your shipment request. It’s a small thing, but it prevents big errors. Quiet fixes are the best kind.

⚡ Tracking Archives – Quicker, Cleaner, Better
We’ve doubled the processors and halved the interval time for archive jobs. That means fewer delays, more reliability, and less time spent waiting for the system to catch up.

That’s a wrap on this week’s refresh 🌧️
Bit by bit, Voila’s getting quicker, smarter, and easier to work with. As always, we’d love to hear what you think — your feedback helps shape what comes next. Until then: enjoy the drizzle, embrace the dry socks, and keep shipping steady.
