February 23rd, 2024
The February fog is clinging to East Yorkshire like static to a fleece, but while the mornings are murky, this week’s updates are anything but 🌫️✨ We’ve got new ways to send customs paperwork (without the printer), and 3PLs just got a lot more insurance-savvy. Here’s what’s landed:
📄 FedEx PSUD – Upload Docs, Skip the Paper Trail
We’ve added support for Post Shipment Document Upload (PSUD) with FedEx! You can now submit key documents like commercial invoices and certificates of origin via our new endpoint, using base64.
Digital docs = faster customs = smoother international shipping. What’s not to love?
🛡️ Anansi Insurance – Now Built for 3PLs
Our Anansi integration now supports third-party logistics (3PL) setups. Each fulfilment client can register directly with Anansi, and we’ll use the correct policyholder info based on their Account ID.
Every client gets the right coverage, without extra admin on your end.
That’s your fog-busting Friday update 🌁
From digitising paperwork to de-risking 3PL fulfilment, we’re keeping things smart, secure, and scalable. Got feedback? Courier quirks? Weather-related shipping jokes? We’re all ears. Until next time: stay dry, ship clever.
