Correos: New Integration New Correos integration supporting both legacy and new credentials.

GLS Poland: New Integration New GLS Poland integration added as a selectable courier.

Detrack New Detrack courier integration, returning the Detrack tracking number as the tracking code while preserving delivery-order numbers.

Courier Enhancements

Royal Mail Click & Drop: Parcelforce & Rounding Added Parcelforce consignment support, fixed item/order total rounding, and now return tracking codes for each parcel.

UPSv2: Re-authentication & Services You can now re-authenticate an existing UPSv2 connection, with support for the /get-services endpoint.

GLS Spain: Customs & Phone Prefix Added a separate customs API request with rollback if it fails, plus an automatic phone country-prefix option.

Dachser: Delivery & Collection Options Added the ability to use delivery and collection options, plus importer fields.

Evri: Return Labels & Retry Return labels are now issued alongside the outbound shipment, with automatic retry on next-day service failure.

App Hooks: Reliability & Logging Failed hooks now create a failed-shipment record and log their error messages; “after” hooks now run for failover Smart Shipping requests, with a bypass for hook priorities.

Dashboard: Delivery Performance Map Added a country-level delivery performance map.

Shipping AI: Service Recommendations New Shipping AI service that recommends courier services, building on the Smart Shipping Rules AI chat integration.

Webhooks: Scoped Visibility The webhooks API now shows only the API user's own webhooks, rather than all webhooks belonging to the parent user.

Bug Fixes & Performance

A sustained performance drive reduced and optimised queries across Shipment Exports, Smart Shipping Rules and Courier Request Logs. PDF conversion for DPD and other couriers now falls back across several services if one fails, improving label reliability.

We also removed Despatch Cloud as a courier, improved courier descriptions and error messaging, and resolved a series of smaller issues including Packing Slip page-break cut-offs, GLS DE note defaults, tracking status edge cases, and cache-key collisions when testing authentications.
