It’s the final Friday before Christmas in East Yorkshire 🎄 — the advent calendars are almost empty, the last-minute parcels are flying out, and someone’s definitely burnt the first batch of mince pies. While you’re juggling end-of-year chaos, we’ve been working quietly behind the scenes to tidy up bugs and polish tracking. Here’s what’s landed:


📤 YunExpress – Digital Customs, Back in Action
We’ve fixed an issue that was blocking digital customs for YunExpress. It’s now smooth sailing again — no more interruptions when booking international shipments.


⚖️ DPD NL – Weight Accuracy Restored
A small fix with a big impact: DPD NL labels were receiving incorrect weight values. That’s now corrected to ensure charges and logistics stay spot on.


🔐 My Account Access – Unlocked
We resolved a login issue that was preventing a customer from accessing their “My Account” page. Everyone’s now back where they belong.


🗃️ Shipment Archiving – Now Fully Live
We’ve rolled out automatic archiving for shipments completed more than 30 days ago. These won’t clutter your interface, but they’re still stored in the database and fully integrated with the Shipping product. Out of sight, but still within reach.


🕵️‍♀️ Post-Booking Monitoring – New Control Mechanisms
We’ve added behind-the-scenes checks to catch shipments and couriers that stop updating after booking. More visibility, fewer surprises.


⏱️ Cutoff Logic – Sharpened for Accuracy
We’ve fine-tuned our tracking cutoff logic to reference the last event date received. That means more accurate tracking timelines for your team and your customers.


📦 DPD Tracking – Update Bug Squashed
A glitch that stopped some DPD shipments from getting tracking updates has been fixed. You should now see consistent updates across the board.


📮 Royal Mail – Webhook Cleanup
Royal Mail’s “Created” webhook events were getting a little too enthusiastic, syncing when they shouldn’t. We’ve corrected this so those events no longer show up as an active tracking status.
