Say hello to faster shipping workflows. You can now create single domestic or international shipments right from the Shipments page using the brand-new "Create Shipment" button. Set up your shipping addresses in My Account, click, ship, done.

🎯 My Presets – Only What You Need
Tired of scrolling through every preset under the sun? You can now curate your own list by adding just the ones you need from the Courier Directory.
✨ Resellers: you’ll also get access to the admin presets view, making it easy to manage presets for your virtual couriers too. Clean, custom, and clutter-free.

🤖 Dr Ship Has Arrived – Ask Away
Our new AI chatbot, Dr Ship, is live and ready to help. Ask it questions about shipping rules, troubleshooting, or how not to lose your mind during peak season. It’s still learning, but it’s surprisingly clever already. Give it a go — no clipboard required.
