📲 DPD QR Code Returns – Paperless and Painless
Returns just got simpler. We’ve implemented QR code support for DPD returns, making the whole process smoother for your customers — and easier on the environment too.

📄 FedEx Trade Docs – Bug? Gone.
We fixed a glitch that was interrupting FedEx trade document generation. Everything should now run like clockwork — just the way it should be.

🧾 DHL Commercial Invoice – Now Optional
Need to skip the commercial invoice for a particular courier? Now you can. We’ve added a courier-specific toggle to give you more flexibility over customs documentation.

🏷️ BCP Label Template – New Integration
We’ve introduced a shiny new label template to support BCP compatibility. If you're working with BCP, things just got a whole lot neater.

🛻 PallexV2 – Smarter Defaults
We’ve added default service IDs and a new courier-specific PalletBaseId for PallexV2. It’s a small upgrade with a big impact on speed and reliability.

🔁 APGGlobal – Backup Tracking URL Added
We've added an alternative tracking URL for APGGlobal, giving you more flexibility in how you follow your parcels. Because two tracking options are better than one.

📝 Item Descriptions – Updated for Specific Needs
We’ve fine-tuned item descriptions on a particular integration to meet client requirements. Short and sweet, but important.

📐 DX Freight – Label Layout Aligned
Label orientation for DX Freight has been adjusted to match their printing specifications. Now it fits just right — no more squinting or reprints.

⚖️ DPD Unit Weight – Minimum Now Set
To stay in line with DPD’s standards, we’ve added a minimum value for unit weights. No more shipment errors from ultra-light items.

🧾 DHL Parcel UK Cloud – Field Length Trimmed
The customerRef2 field is now capped at 20 characters to ensure smooth compliance with DHL Parcel UK Cloud’s API. Brevity is bliss.

🔍 Tracking Updates

🗂️ Log Retention – Cleaner and More Efficient
Tracking logs are now stored locally for 5 days and automatically deleted after. Error events won’t clutter things anymore — but useful logs will still be generated to keep your history in check.

📮 Postcode Data – Now Even Richer
We’ve expanded postcode coverage in our database and now send more detailed postcode info during tracking event processing. Better data = better decisions.

📬 Delivered Status Mapping – Now Smarter
When a courier’s “Delivered” status mapping is updated, we’ll now also update the Delivered At values on affected tracking codes and shipments. That means cleaner delivery records across the board.
