April 11th, 2024
It’s officially that confusing week in East Yorkshire when it’s coat weather in the morning and T-shirt weather by lunch 🌦️ While you’re navigating wardrobe roulette, we’ve been busy upgrading your Amazon and FedEx workflows — and cleaning up a sneaky Royal Mail bug. Let’s get into it:
📦 Amazon Multi-Parcel – Now Fully Supported
You can now create multiple Amazon labels per order — just like you do with other couriers. Assign items to the right parcel, and we’ll handle sending everything back to Amazon automatically. One order, multiple boxes, zero extra hassle.
📏 FedEx – "Remove Dimensions" Option Added
Want FedEx to charge based on what they scan rather than what you send? You’ve got it. We’ve added a new courier-specific toggle — "Remove Dimensions" — that strips parcel dimensions from the request. Great for accounts that rely on FedEx’s own measurements 📦🔍
🔧 Royal Mail Click & Drop – Licence Requirement Fix
We’ve resolved a bug where Export Licence required was being sent on all international Click & Drop shipments, even when it wasn’t needed. It’ll now only appear if you’ve specified it in your courier settings. Just the right paperwork, at just the right time.
That’s your crisp April upgrade 🌸
More power with Amazon, more flexibility with FedEx, and less noise with Royal Mail — that’s the kind of spring cleaning we like. As always, keep your feedback coming. Until next time: ship fresh, stay layered, and maybe carry both an umbrella and sunglasses.
