From the first spark of innovation to the final flourish of every update, Voila remains dedicated to transforming your shipping experience.
This changelog is more than a list; it’s a showcase of enhancements designed to empower your business and streamline every journey.

You now have the power to customise the order in which your apps process shipments, giving you full control over your workflow.
If you use several integrations: like address validation, label printing, and customs checks: you can set the order that best fits your process, ensuring each shipment is handled efficiently.
Manufacturer Identification (MID) codes are now supported for US shipments, seamlessly mapped via the Voila API to meet US Customs requirements.
When shipping to the US, you can now include MID codes for your goods, helping ensure compliance and faster customs processing.
Support for Canadian-origin shipments is live, with customs data accurately mapped for export. Both electronic and manual B13A filing workflows are now supported.
If you’re shipping from Canada, you can now submit all required customs documentation: whether electronically or manually: ensuring compliance with export regulations.
Customs pre-clearance is now available for international shipments, helping consignments move swiftly across borders and reducing delays.
Mark your shipments for pre-clearance to speed up border transit and reduce the risk of customs hold-ups.
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) options have been added to both integrations, enabling you to select duty/tax preferences through the API, with labels displaying the correct International Commercial Terms (Incoterms).
You can now choose to pay duties and taxes upfront for your customers, making the delivery process smoother and more transparent.
We’ve updated our Amazon Shipping integration to support Amazon’s new Value Added Services (VAS).
VAS introduces two extra delivery security features for off-Amazon parcels delivered by Amazon Logistics (AMZL):
Signature on Delivery (SoD): the recipient must sign when the package arrives.
One-Time Passcode (OTP) on Delivery: the courier will require the recipient to provide a secure passcode before handing over the parcel.
These options are designed to increase security and ensure that packages are delivered only to the intended recipient.
