This month, we’re bringing a little shipping magic to your workflows. New marketplace-specific label integrations, expanded courier options, and smarter reporting make it easier to ship faster, stay compliant, and keep operations running smoothly from one central place.

Voila now supports direct label generation for Very Direct Despatch orders, helping reduce manual steps and errors while keeping operations centralised.
Labels are created seamlessly via The Very Group’s Commerce MTX (BluJay) Integrated Printing platform. Carrier selection, service levels, and label formats follow Very’s CMS rules automatically, removing guesswork and ensuring compliance.
Voila acts as a compliant, low-friction integration layer rather than a bespoke one-off solution, allowing you to keep Very shipping within your existing Voila workflows.
Voila now supports full shipping and label generation for Dunelm DTC orders using Dunelm’s WASP Fusion supplier API.
Orders can be shipped end-to-end within Voila, with labels automatically using Dunelm’s assigned carrier and service. Status updates follow Dunelm’s lifecycle, ensuring processes are clean, compliant, and auditable.
This integration centralises Dunelm shipping in Voila, reducing manual steps and providing a clear, reliable workflow.
DACHSER, one of Europe’s largest freight and logistics providers, is now integrated with Voila as a selectable courier.
This integration allows automatic label generation, routing, and tracking directly through DACHSER’s API. Teams can expand European shipping options, streamline international freight, and reduce manual coordination, all while keeping operations simple and compliant.
Voila is now the first UK delivery platform to support the InPost Global API, giving teams access to the full infrastructure InPost is building across its network, including acquired companies such as Yodel. A single connection now covers multiple markets, initially including the UK, Germany, and Poland.
This global integration centralises management of all InPost services, standardises PUDO workflows, and reduces integration overhead. Teams can scale operations more efficiently and offer consistent pickup and drop-off experiences. Existing national API connections remain supported during the transition, ensuring continuity while older APIs are eventually phased out by the courier network.
Voila now includes new Report Templates with predefined filters and columns for common report types, including Performance, Exceptions, and Operational Summary reports.
The guided setup replaces manual configuration, making report generation faster, more consistent, and easier to adopt across teams. Reports can be created in seconds, saving time and reducing repetitive work.
Templates can be paired with AI analysis to quickly uncover patterns and highlight action points, helping teams make informed decisions with less effort.
Voila now supports FedEx Access Point shipments, enabling convenient pickup and drop-off options for customers. This reduces failed deliveries, improves last-mile reliability, and gives teams more flexibility when managing parcel routes.
By integrating directly with FedEx Access Point services, Voila removes the need for manual workarounds or separate processes, allowing last-mile operations to be handled smoothly within a single workflow. This makes it easier to meet delivery expectations and provide a consistent customer experience.
Reports can now be scheduled by day and time, enabling automatic generation for daily, weekly, or monthly updates. This ensures teams receive the information they need consistently, without manual effort.
This month we’ve made small updates to make operations smoother and reporting more efficient.
Additional Shipment Filters for Reporting – Provides finer control and more precise segmentation.
Branded Tracking Portals Security Update – Enhances stability and improves the user experience.
Visual polish — Resolved clipping and menus appearing behind scrollable areas, improving on‑screen clarity and navigation.
DHL Express — Place of incoterms now defaults to ship_to, unless overridden in the preset with ship_to or ship_from. This reduces configuration friction and ensures sensible defaults.
Column visibility — Columns previously tucked behind an “i” info icon now appear in a visual dropdown, making it much easier to see what each report contains at a glance.
Reporting — Shipment page exports are now attached to the new reporting suite, streamlining exports and keeping data flows consistent.
FedEx standalone battery details — With FedEx you can now map standalone battery details, including fields such as “batteryMaterialType”: “LITHIUM_ION”, ensuring accurate declarations and smoother compliance for battery shipments.
These updates help teams manage shipping and reporting with greater clarity and confidence.

With this month’s updates, Voila makes it easier to manage all your shipping from one place, stay compliant, and work more efficiently.
