Parcelhub / DHL Parcel UK
Tracking numbers from DHL Parcel UK sent via Parcelhub return the correct status every time.
Use case: Your customer service team sees accurate, up‑to‑the‑minute tracking; fewer “where is my parcel” queries and faster resolutions.
FedEx
ZPL label handling has been fortified for consistency; label generation proceeds with calm reliability.
Use case: High‑volume FedEx printing runs remain stable and uniform; fewer reprints and a tidier packing bench.
Email Templates
Example template variables render with impeccable fidelity; previews remain crystal‑clear and effortlessly reliable.

We have aligned VAT and EORI transmission with UPS’s latest standards; compliance is assured and customs processing proceeds smoothly.

BJS
Delivery confirmation can be enabled at a courier‑specific level; proof, precision, peace of mind.
Use case: Capture signed‑for confirmations only where needed; balance cost control with iron‑clad delivery evidence.
BJS (Multiple‑Item Orders)
We now support multiple‑item orders with BJS; items in a single order display correctly on labels and within the BJS shipping portal.
Use case: When sending bundled orders, every line item appears accurately on paperwork and in your BJS console; fewer packing errors and cleaner audits.
FedEx
Enhanced Transit Liability (ETL) can now be toggled; you decide when to request additional insurance.

Tracking support has arrived, parcels enjoy clear visibility throughout the journey, so parcels no longer vanish into the epistemological ether.

Tracking support added: visibility, from depot to doorstep.

Royal Mail Click & Drop
Support for zero‑rated customs duty and extended goods descriptions ensures smoother exports to the United States and beyond.
Use case: If your shipments incur no duty, you can now send them without errors. Plus, you can add detailed goods descriptions to help with international customs; faster customs clearance, fewer returns to sender.
Smart Shipping Rules
Now even smarter, with two new rule types:
Collection Day:
Construct rules around specific days of the week; with artful precision Monday to Sunday.
Use case: Route Friday dispatches to next‑day services; steer weekend orders to carriers that collect on Sundays.
Collection Date:
Target one or more specific calendar dates; scheduling with surgical exactitude.
Use case: Automate Black Friday and holiday shipping behaviour; pre‑plan exceptions and avoid manual firefighting.
Evri International
ParcelShop support has been added for Evri International; you can specify an international ParcelShop for deliveries.
Use case: Offer recipients convenient cross‑border pickup locations; improved first‑time delivery success and happier customers.
UPS
We now transmit up to 105 characters for customs descriptions to UPS; previously limited to 35.
Use case: Provide fuller product detail to brokers; fewer customs queries and quicker border clearance.
Branded Tracking Portals
A glorious new app that brings fully branded, customisable tracking to your own domain; your brand and voice presented with impeccable consistency for a genuinely personalised delivery experience.
